Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to procure stainless steel, zirconium, yttrium, and hafnium powders in specified quantities, purities, and particle sizes for research and development use. Offerors must provide commercially available powders of consistent quality suitable for laboratory, materials science, and/or additive manufacturing applications. The evaluation will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable methodology. Proposals must include a fully executed copy of the ANL-70 Request for Quotation, with questions directed to the Contracting Officer. Performance will be for Argonne National Laboratory.
