PLEASE NOTE: An Addendum has been incorporated into this solicitation as of September 16, 2025 Argonne is seeking a responsible offeror for a helium liquefier and helium recovery system to produce a reusable liquid helium supply in support of a DOE Early Career Research Project titled A High-Luminosity Active Nuclear Target for Recoil Tagging Measurements. Please review the Instructions for Offerors prior to providing a response. Proposals should include a completed ANL-70 Request for Quotation, ANL-70B Pre-Award Information, and a completed "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable- Procurement Strategy" addendum to supplier quote dated 09/05/2025. Any supporting proposal should include itemized pricing for all components required for successful operation. Please send any questions via email to the Contracting Officer.
