Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) intends to competitively award a firm-fixed-price subcontract for design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of a Cryogenic Permanent Magnet Undulator (CPMU) for the High Resolution Powder Diffraction (HRD) beamline. The requirement will be full and open competition under NAICS 335999 and PSC 6650, with interested parties required to be registered under that NAICS in SAM. The effort is associated with Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island, New York, and will be utilized within the United States. BSA anticipates issuing the solicitation by November 2026 and making one award around February 2027. Delivery is required 24 months after contract award.
