The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is performing market research to identify potential vendors that may possess the capabilities to support FERC’s requirement for Environmental Justice & Equity Support Services. FERC is issuing this Sources Sought Notice – Request for Information (RFI) to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing consulting services and commissioned studies in support of FERC’s implementation of its first Equity Action Plan per Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government. FERC may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The Draft SOO describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOO included in any Request for Quotations (RFQ).
