Brookhaven Science Associates is soliciting quotes for a Helium Refrigeration System to be used within the United States. Pricing quoted must remain firm for 120 days to allow time for review and award. Offerors must comply with the Buy American Act and state the place of manufacture. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required for offers exceeding $900,000 from non-small or foreign businesses, unless no subcontracting opportunities exist. The successful offeror will need to complete new vendor forms if applicable.
