E, without loose hardware, and fully assembled with all specified subcomponents. All parts shall be cleaned to remove oil, grease, and contaminants and packaged to maintain cleanliness during shipment. The CE Box Base (DCVDCBL010101) shall be permanently etched per MIL-STD-130 with the assembly part number, revision letter, and a unique four-digit serial number, and shall also include a uniquely generated, ISO/IEC 18004–compliant QR code etched on the aluminum chromate surface as specified in DCVDCBL010101 Rev. E (Version 1, 21×21 modules, Error Correction Level M, encoding the template string “VD-10001”).
