This notice is a combined Synopsis and Request for Information open to all companies that meet all the requirements of Attachment A, Draft Scope of Work. BNL intends to solicit for Uniform Rental and Laundering Services as defined in Attachment A, Scope of Work. BNL also intends to include the Integrated Contractor Purchasing Team (ICPT) provisions in any potential solicitation to allow for potential award of an ICPT agreement. The primary purposes of this notice are as follows: Conduct market research to determine if other sources are capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist and if commercial items or non-developmental items are available that meet the agency’s requirements. Improve small business access to acquisition information Enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities This notice is not a Request for Proposal or an Invitation for Bid. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The information from this notice will help the Department of Energy (DOE) survey available resources.
