This notice is a combined Synopsis and Request for Information open to all companies that meet all the requirements of Attachment A, Draft Scope of Work. BNL intends to solicit for an Integrated Contractor Purchasing Team (ICPT) Agreement for Electrical supplies and equipment as defined in Attachment A, Scope of Work. The primary purposes of this notice are as follows: Conduct market research to determine if other sources are capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist and if commercial items or non-developmental items are available that meet the agency’s requirements. Improve small business access to acquisition information Enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities This notice is not a Request for Proposal or an Invitation for Bid. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The information from this notice will help the Department of Energy (DOE) survey available resources. Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) reserves the right to use any and all information submitted by, or obtained from, an interested party in any manner BNL determines is appropriate, including, but not limited to, the creation of a solicitation.
