Background: BNL is a Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory multidisciplinary research facility, located on Long Island, New York. BNL intends to compete full and open for Forward Hadronic Calorimetry Silicon Photomultipliers (Forward HCal SiPMs) to be utilized within the United States. Need: BNL has the following requirements: Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Specification. BNL expects to make one (1) award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is code 334413, “Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing”, and the applicable PSC/FSC is 5961, “Semiconductor Devices and Associated Hardware”. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. BNL intends to issue solicitation No. 443822 in support of this requirement. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm Fixed Price contract.
