Cryogenic Vacuum Environmental System The equipment specified herein shall form part of the cryogenic vacuum apparatus that will be used to characterize materials for suitability in beam line systems and components that require Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) and cryogenic environment down to 4 K. Cryo-vacuum material characteristics including Adsorption Isotherm, Adsorption Capacity, and Temperature Desorption Spectra for various materials shall be measured with this apparatus. The equipment specified herein shall provide the cryogenic UHV environment, the sample heating, and temperature measuring system.
