General: The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all tools, labor, and materials necessary to perform contact hands-on work to modify the CONTRACTOR’s existing interior wall to meet these requirements. Detailed Requirements: The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform demolition of existing demountable wall partition and door. SUBCONTRACTOR shall build and install Wall A as identified in the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented information Facilities version 1.5. Only the applicable Technical Specification criteria to this project will be required SUBCONTRACTOR shall install an access door in the same location as the previous door. The STC 50 access door shall be compliant to the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented information Facilities version 1.5, Chapter 9. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide detailed project sketches or drawings for CONTRACTOR review and approval prior to scheduled work. The SUBCONTRACTOR sketches shall be submitted no later than one week after subcontract award. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall remove and reattached all surface mounted items from the existing wall to the equivalent location and method for new wall. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform the following finishing work: Repair ceiling as needed at location of new wall. Paint rooms where the new wall is located to match the existing paint color for each side of the wall. Provide and install vinyl baseboard on new drywall partition. Provide and install new door seal two existing doors.
