Request for Quotation (RFQ) 434739 Hardware/Software Maintenance for Arista Network Switches September 01, 2023 Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) seeks to procure hardware/software maintenance for Arista network switches. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document. Ouote package shall include the below: • Completed attached “Quotation Pricing Sheet”. Please provide SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within “Quotation Pricing Sheet”, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM. CRITICAL DATES Questions Due Date: Friday, September 8, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time Quote Due Date: Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time Anticipated Period of Performance: September 19, 2023 through September 30, 2024 (please reference Appendix B_Equipment List_FY23).*BSA is requesting four (4) additional option years that are exercisable in one (1) year increments at the unilateral discretion of BSA. Equipment will vary each year, depending on how much has been removed and/or added. Therefore, the options, if exercised, will be executed by written Change Order at unit pricing agreed to at time of option exercise. If all options are exercised, the period of performance would end September 30, 2028.
