The beam screen profiles shall be produced from 0.8 mm thick, ASTM A240/A240M 316/316L stainless steel. All profiles produced from a single coil of raw material are defined herein as a unique lot of beam screen profiles. Each lot of profiles shall have a unique lot number identifier. The Contractor shall maintain records providing traceability back to the raw material used for each lot of beam screen profiles. A 3m [118.1”] section of beam screen profile from both the beginning and the end of the lot shall be provided as a reference sample and included in the shipment of each lot.
