Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document. Ouote package shall include the below: • Completed attached “Quotation Pricing Sheet”. Please provide SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within “Quotation Pricing Sheet”, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM.
