Request for Quotation (RFQ) 428939 Gildcop Weldment Parts May 23, 2023 Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) seeks the manufacturing of Gildcop Weldment Parts. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document. Ouote package shall include the below: Completed attached “Quotation Pricing Sheet”. Please provide SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within “Quotation Pricing Sheet”, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM. Technical Qualifiers listed in attached “RFQ Document”. Freight terms quoted shall be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. CRITICAL DATES Questions Due Date: Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time Quote Due Date: Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time Anticipated Material Due Date: No more than fourteen (14) weeks after Award.
