Items to be quoted or its Equivalent: 1 (NF-2540 Pilot System) 1.0000 EA 2 Hydracell D10 Pump Replacement 1.0000 EA A pilot nanofiltration system to obtain permeate and rejection data for scientific study is required. This system design should contain all components to allow trials of both nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes in an integrated system. The required, but not limited, components are an array of nanofiltration housing (two columns per pass as minimum) to test varied membranes, a conical bottom feed tank (25 gallon or large), heat exchanger for temperature maintenance and a VFD control with bypass lines and valves for operation over a range of operating parameters and to accommodate a wide variety of feed streams. Please provide a photo or process diagram of this integrated system for reference and consideration.
