Looking to source Industrial Hygiene Analysis of samples on an as-needed basis with the following requirements: Commonly requested analyses: • Beryllium/Air Filters (OSHA ID-125G/NIOSH 7300) • Arsenic, Beryllium, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead/Wipes, (OSHA ID-125G/NIOSH 7300) • Respirable Dust (NIOSH 0600) • Silica (NIOSH 7500) • Acids by Ion Chromatography (NIOSH 7906-7908) • Methyl Methacrylate (OSHA 94) • Isocyanates (OSHA 42/47) 1. Contractor shall be accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association-Laboratory Accreditation Program, LLC (AIHA-LAP, LLC). 2. Contractor will provide sampling media on request. 3. Contractor shall have the capability to provide same day quotes and same day technical assistance for sampling and analytical methodology. 4. Contractor shall have the capability to meet the proposed OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) for beryllium in air (0.2 µg/m3). 5. Contractor shall have the capability to provide data packages in an electronic format which can be uploaded to the proposed Argonne Industrial Hygiene Data Management System, and include chain of custody/analysis request forms and quality control summaries. (more detailed requirements can be found within the attached Statement of Work) Supply with Proposal: 1. Current AIHA-LAP certificate of accreditation and fields of testing (FoT). 2. A price list and turnaround times for all analytes supplier holds accreditation for. 3. A list of rush surcharges that will be applied in case a faster turnaround time is needed. 4.
