The solid waste is as defined in 40CFR Part 261.2. Waste is generated from activities associated with the ongoing research and development activities and associated maintenance and operations activities, upgrades and decontamination activities including waste management operation at the Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne). *THE AWARD WILL BE BASED ON BEST VALUE METHODOLOGY* Please review the Request for Proposal and supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive and clear response no later than September 23, 2024.
