Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a source for a Flow Sensor Test Article (F-STAr) pump that will be installed in Argonne National Laboratory’s (ANL) Mechanisms Engineering Test Loop (METL). F-STAr is designed to provide submerged high-flowrate experimental testing capabilities for sensor and component testing and development, and to perform fluid studies, in support of sodium-cooled nuclear reactor development. *EVALUATION WILL BE BASED ON BEST VALUE METHODOLOGY* The Contractor shall provide a pump that can develop the highest reasonable flowrate in accordance with the requirements stated in this specification. If the Contractor cannot meet all the requirements, the Contractor can offer a pump that achieves as many requirements as possible, but explicitly listing the requirements that cannot be met.
