Proposals not meeting all the mandatory requirements will be excluded from further consideration (No-Go category). Award will be made to the lowest price supplier in the "GO" category. Argonne is seeking a domestic manufacturer for two (2) dilution refrigerator systems. Mandatory specifications have been listed in Enclosure 3. Please complete and return Enclosure 3 with a signed copy of the ANL-70 Request for Quotation and ANL-70B Pre-Award Information, Reps and Certs. Out of respect for the project deadline, offers must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00pm CST on April 29th.
