The scope of this project includes planning for a migration from our current Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets to a new Environmental Data, Requirements Management System and Laboratory Information Management System. Argonne is exploring the breadth and depth of capabilities that an Environmental Data and Laboratory Information Management System can provide to a multidisciplinary science and engineering research institution. This software should be able to accommodate both laboratory analytical data and non-analytical data.
