Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to source Extraction Chicane Magnets for the ATLAS Multi-User Upgrade (AMUU) Project per the specifications listed in the attached Appendix B: Argonne National Laboratory SOW and in accordance with the attached Enclosure 3_Evaluation Criteria requirements. This procurement will be awarded on a Best Value criterion. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, statement of work, etc. must request it in writing by close of business, June 7, 2024. All proposal submittals must be received by June 24, 2024, no later than before the close of business, local prevailing time, 5:00 PM. Any inquiries should be directed to krojas@anl.gov. Please review and complete all of the required documentation that can be found within the attachments. Completion is desired within nine (9) months from date of award but will not be a cause for exclusion. All criteria will be considered.
