The subcontractor must provide qualified resources to perform non-hazardous administrative and technical duties under HMIS oversight, furnishing all necessary labor, services, and materials. The primary requirement is for a warehouse facility offering between 30,000 and 250,000 square feet of contiguous single-floor space, with a minimum 20-foot clear ceiling height and at least four acres of laydown yard. The facility must also include a minimum of 5,000 ABOA square feet of office space. The building must be of modern quality and sound construction, with the lessor bearing all costs for required work unless stated otherwise. Services are to be performed in accordance with HMIS policies and specified quality standards.
