This is a Request for Quote for a specific Megger VLF Sine Wave 45 kv test system with associated parts and a calibration certificate. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, single-award purchase order. All equipment must be delivered to the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Illinois. Oral communications are not acceptable, and responses must be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact. The response must include a price and completed certification forms.
