On 12/4/2025, Amendment 02 was issued to provide REVISED responses to some questions issued in Amendment 01, replaced the Revised Exhibit R- Proposal Form issued with Amenment 01, and Replaced Revised Drawing No.'s 3-7-103-B_E-5 and 3-7-103-B_E-10 issued in Amenment 01 with new revised drawings. The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, overhead, insurance, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work entitled, “P-F3 to P-F4 15 KV Cable Install, Project 3-7-103B” dated November 3, 2025 and Drawing Set entitled “P-F3 to P-F4, 15KV Cable Installation, Project No. 3-7-103B, dated October 2025, Specification Sections 010010 – General Requirements (March 2025), Section 013100 FRA Environment, Safety, and Health Requirements (April 2025), Section 013300 – Submittals (January 2025), Section 014100 – Quality Requirements (October 2025), mentioned therein, which the specifications, drawings, and other documents are attached to and hereby made a part of this Solicitation.
