HMIS seeks a Subcontractor to perform upgrades and repair of the Hanford Patrol headquarters grounds located in the 200 East area. The work will include removal of irrigation valves, landscaping, installation of a new parking lot area, and removal and replacement of failed asphalt sections in two existing parking lots. The project location is southwest corner of 4th street and TT-9 Rd intersection. This includes the two south facing parking lots (Herein referred to as “Existing parking areas”) and landscape around buildings 2721E, 2720EA, and 2727E.
