Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) acting under its contract with the U.S. Department of Energy – Office of River Protection, requests Offeror to submit a proposal for a Firm Fixed Price type of subcontract to provide Model Programming for Effluent Treatment Facility Brine Storage Tanks, Acetonitrile Distillate Storage Tanks and Acetonitrile Distillate Load Out Project. Part A of this Solicitation describes the proposal submittal requirements, instructions, and applicable exhibits/certifications. Part B contains all of the solicitation exhibits.
