Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preparation requirements for the S-Band Thermionic RF Gun.
