As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preperation requirements for ITAR Multi-Megawatt Mode Converters. Any clarification requests are due by Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, 5pm PST and be vaild for 90 days after submission.
