Fermilab is requesting a proposal for renovation of a conference room. The work will include demolition of existing walls, ceiling, ducts and sprinklers and removal of carpet tiles and some existing electrical work. The subcontractor will install metal studs and gypsum board walls, new acoustical ceiling tiles, new carpet tiles, and motorized roller shades and a projector screen. Sprinkler heads will be relocated/replaced. New duct work, diffusers, and grilles will be required. New light fixtures, lighting controls, electrical cable, raceways, low voltage cable, and power and data outlets will also be required. Amendment No. 1 December 14, 2023
