HMIS, otherwise referred to as the Buyer, requires the support of a qualified subcontractor to provide construction services to furnish all required materials to install a new 12-inch potable waterline from the Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) to an existing water line along Baltimore. The work is located in the 200 East Area of the Hanford Site, Richland Washington. The solicitation is for a Subcontractor to perform all work necessary to construct a new 12-in Potable Water (PW) loop-line to WTP. This will include cut, cap, and isolation of the corresponding feed pipes to reconfigure the feed pipe routing. Additional Milestones applicable for this Solicitation are as follows: - A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Job Walk will be held on Wednesday, 12/16/2020 at 9:00 A.M. PST at the water tank/200E reservoir (282E). - Notice of Intent Due by 4:00 P.M. PST on 12/21/2020 - Questions Regarding this Solicitation Due by 1:00 P.M. PST on 12/22/2020
