Provide for the procurement, construction, and testing activities required to construct a new Central Plateau Water Treatment Facility (CPWTF). The work shall include design, supervision, labor, materials, installation of Government Furnished Materials (GFM)/Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and quality control oversite as specified in Attachment 1, Statement of Work. The new CPWTF shall be capable of producing 3.5 million gallons per day (MGD) with expansion capability to 5.0 MGD. The new CPWTF plant’s design shall utilize state-of-the-art, skid-mounted PALL Aria™ hollow fiber direct feed microfiltration units. The construction and integration of the new CPWTF facility will occur under Project Identification Number L-897.
