Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) requests Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals, with any resultant contract anticipated to be issued as a Blanket Master Agreement (BMA) with four (4) Subcontract Order Releases (SORs) for the work scope titled “Maintenance Multi-Craft Facility and Infrastructure”. The four (4) SOR work scopes are discreet and comprise the work scope of the BMA. The requested work is in support of WRPS’s Prime Contract DE-AC27-08RV14800 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection. Sample contracts for both the BMA and Releases are provided as reference attachments. Information regarding the submission of a proposal is contained in the attached Solicitation. A CD of the solicitation technical documentation will be provided to Offerors at the Mandatory Pre-proposal conference.
