You are invited to submit a firm-fixed-price proposal for the procurement of six (6) complete pump assemblies, one (1) spare pump, and one (1) spare motor that meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Work of this RFP. Your proposal must be received no later than THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions shall be provided by electronic files in PDF format. This Procurement for the pumps and associated spares shall be performed in accordance with the RFP requirements documents attached hereto. The Buy American Act (BAA) is incorporated by reference in Section 25 of the Terms and Conditions. Application of the Buy American Act Price Differential for foreign end products will be evaluated if applicable criteria are met, which include a price differential of 6% as compared to a domestic Large Business or of 12% as compared to a domestic Small Business. Amendment #01 to this RFP was issued on June 7, 2021. This Amendment includes the following: - adds specifications as to inlent and outlet size to Section C, SOW, Section 15540 Pump Specifications, Part 2: Products, Sub-Section C Pumps Connections -extends the proposal due date to Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM PST
