The Contractor ("Site Operations") shall provide the labor necessary to staff, manage, operate, and maintain the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) user third mobile facility (AMF3) Southeastern U.S. in Bankhead National Forest (BNF) site, located in north central Alabama at and near the Black Warrior Work Center (BWWC) in the BNF, as described in the Appendix “B” Statement of Work. UChicago Argonne, LLC, Operator of Argonne National Laboratory will provide instrumentation, computers, shelters, support structures, leases, and some equipment, material supplies, and services. **Note: Review the Request for Proposal Letter along with Enclosure No. 1 entitled Instructions to Offerors. These documents also include the planned date for the Pre-Proposal Meeting to be held at the ARM Southern Great Plains Site in Oklahoma, the due date for questions relative to the solicitation, and the due date to submit a proposal.
