Argonne National Laboratory is looking to source a Robotic Vial Opener. Requirements can be seen below. Requirements: * Orientation when actuated (assuming vertical) vertical * Total linear travel needed the cap height is 9.26 mm so that would be the absolute minimum stroke required plus some buffer * Motion profile with linear and rotational travels and timing requirements No requirements on timing * Rotational: one and half turns * Linear: as above, about 20 mm minimum * Approximate tooling weight (more on us if we¿re supposed to do the tooling) Robot payload is 5 kg, tool changer is only 260 g assembled. Remainder is available for tooling * Details of torque needed to apply the cap very similar to the video at 0:28 seconds if we can estimate.
