(11/08/2023) The Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) is preparing to remove two (2) 30 m (100 ft) guyed meteorological towers, three (3) 10 m (30 ft) self-supporting meteorological towers, and one mounted camera at the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD). The mission of the meteorological towers at PCD is ending. Consequently, the towers and camera must be removed. The desired removal date is December 4, 2023. Less desirable but acceptable dates are December 11, 2023, January 8, 2024, or January 15, 2024. Please list any conflicts with performing work on the above dates with the proposal. Prior to providing a proposal, please join the pre-proposal meeting to discuss expectations and documentation that needs to be provided. Meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on Monday November 6, at 1:00 - 2:00 PM CST. Pre-Proposal Meeting Access Information can be found in Links. Attendees will have 24 hours to provide any final questions to the Contracting Officer once the pre-proposal meeting has concluded.
