PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED COPY OF THE ADDENDUM WITH OFFER. Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a contractor for the annual inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of all HVAC equipment for FAC-Utility Systems and High Voltage Switchgear for buildings and facilities within the ANL site. An equipment list has been provided within the attached Statement of Work. Task Labor Support/Minimum Qualifications Technicians should have EPA required certification for HVAC work. They should be qualified for electrical NFPA70 work. Technicians will be escorted while on site for controlled access. Please review the applicable documentation and provide the best and final offer (annual price and supporting justification) no later than 5:00pm CDT on 9/15/2023.
