Please provide the following if the criteria below can be met. Please provide any applicable discounts available including GSA pricing Please provide a public price list of common stock automotive parts and fluids Vendor shall have the capability to supply the following materials and services within the timelines specified: Vendor to supply and deliver to site common stock automotive parts and fluids to be installed by laboratory staff within the same day of order placement. Vendor to deliver Emergency Parts Orders within 1 hour of order placement. Vendor will be reimbursed for additional freight/shipping costs incurred for rush deliveries. The Vehicle Maintenance normal operating hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, the vendor will need to provide off hour delivery service on an as needed basis. Vendor must provide an MSDS for all chemicals/fluids purchased under this agreement. Vendors designated delivery drivers shall be eligible to receive badge access to the Argonne Site. Vendor to provide Argonne with line-price sheets of stock, commonly used passenger and light duty truck parts for Ford, Dodge, and General Motors vehicles, including but not limited to exhaust parts, belts and hoses, filters, lighting/lamping supplies, electrical and ignition components, and braking system components.
