One side of ... The APS Upgrade Project (APS-U) requires one window assembly of window concept A326-BI0470 with a bid option of one additional spare. This is the exit window on the APS-U 26-ID Nanoprobe. One side of the window is nominally exposed to air and the other to vacuum. The beryllium window(s) shall be fabricated according to the key technical, material, and quality and acceptance requirements. QA documentation shall be provided with each beryllium window as specified in this SOW or the attached APS-U 407. All specifications in this SOW and APS-U 407 must be met. The vendor is to finish design on the mature design concept, manufacture, test, ship and provide a final 3D model and as built drawings for project completion.
