The work consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary for performing the design and engineering as necessary to produce a facility sufficient to support all equipment and staff for the AMF3 Research Site located in Moulton, AL near latitude 34.3445, longitude -87.3384. This location is in the Bankhead National Forest (BNF), Black Warrior Work Center (BWWC). The work is split into two main sites - the main office site, which includes the instrument site to the south of the main office, and the tower site. The site must adhere to the technical criteria outlined in the specifications. Design or engineering shall include the work of Design Professionals, such as architects, engineers, or others as required.
