Argonne National Laboratory is looking to source one (1) Seebeck and Resistivity Measurement Device with the following specifications. Data acquisition module with instrument control electronics, water chiller, two-stage rotary pump (10-3 mbar), dual gas-dosing system, and software. Infrared furnace with temperature range from RT to 800°C, including InSb detector Sample holder for cylindrical samples up to 800°C Desktop PC equipped with data acquisition software. Remotely controllable. Bi2Te3 reference sample. Incl. certificate Reference sample for Seebeck coefficient and resistivity Module MUST be able to measure from Room Temperature (RT) to 800°C.
