Vendor shall deliver, install, and provide training for the quantity one (1) Stopped-Flow Rapid Mixer and listed accessories in accordance with the specifications listed below. Quantity 1 – Stopped-Flow Rapid Mixer with Power Supply automated mixing ratios from 1:1 to 1:100 exact control of flow rate air- and water-free capabilities user selectable syringe volumes 4 independently controlled syringes 3 mixers automated concentration dependence studies a range of observation cuvettes variable temperature control Quantity 1 – Variable Temperature Water Bath Circulator Temperature Range: -20° C up to +80°C Quantity 1 – High Speed Diode Array Spectrometer Range between 300 nm to 1100 nm or wider 256 pixels or more 0.4 ms/spectrum or less Ethernet communication with laptop and stopped-flow instrument Fiber optic cables Quantity 1 – Deuterium/Tungsten 30 W Light Source For excitation from 200 nm to 1100 nm or wider Fiber guide to the stopped-flow instrument Quantity 1 – FT-IR Kit Monitoring is needed between 2500 nm (4000 cm-1) and 25000 nm (400 cm-1). Must have an umbilical connection from the IR to the stopped-flow Must be compatible with the stopped-flow rapid mixer having the characteristics listed above, see Stopped-Flow Rapid Mixer with Power Supply. Quantity 1 – Freeze Quench Accessory for Spectroscopy Freeze sample at desired rates; must freeze samples on the order of <1 ms Modular design to use for multiple time-resolved spectroscopies; e.g. Can be used for Electron Paramagnetic Resonance and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance studies Install and Training to include system set-up and check, basic software/hardware operation training.
