Argoone National Laboratory is looking to source (1) cryogenic sample scanning stage with the specifications listed blow: Compatible to the Nikon C2 confocal microscope that is available in the lab, allowing optical imaging with a magnification ranging from 5x to 100x. Enable imaging and transferring of samples at liquid nitrogen temperature and contamination free. With integrated sensors for monitoring sample temperatures. With integrated motorized and encoded stages for sample scanning with high precision better than 1 um. With internal illumination. With a dedicated software for control and automated mapping. With a liquid nitrogen auto-refill system. With a cassette that can hold 5x5 mm SiN windows and perform auto-alignment. With associated tools for handling the cassette and cryogenic samples. With heating capability to remove the moisture after operation.
