This is a Notice of Intent; The Department of Energy, Strategic Petroleum Reserve, New Orleans, Louisiana intends to negotiate a Sole Source firm fixed price contract with Haverly Systems Inc. located at 12 Hinchman Avenue, Denville, New Jersey 07834. Haverly Systems Inc. is the sole source provider of Software and Services for Haverly’s Crude Assay Management System (H/CAMS): H/Cams License Fee Annual Support Fee (License) Training Library Support (HFAL) Support (P66FAL) The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 41 U.S.C.253(b)(c). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025, @ 10:00 A.M. CST.
