This Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) was amended on March 24, 2025 to extend the original period of performance of contract number GS-00F-010CA/89303025FCR400010 by three (3) months from 01/01/2025 through 03/31/2025 to 01/01/2025 through 06/30/2025. If circumstances warrant, the duration of performance can be extended by the Contracting Officer for an additional three (3) months with a period of performance ending on 09/30/2025. An urgent and compelling need exists to ensure continuity of support to meet CESER’s Departmental mission to secure the United States energy infrastructure against all hazards, reduce impacts from disruptive events, and assist industry with restoration activities, ensuring a secure and reliable flow of energy to the United States. Without an extension a break in contractor service may ensue and put at risk CESER’s ability to meet its mission. The attached LSJ will provide the justification for the two 3-month extensions through September 30, 2025 if needed.
