This is a sources sought notice only, issued by the Department of Energy, Assistant Manager for Procurement Division (DOE-AMP). The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and to evaluate whether to set this aside under a socio-economic program for a sole source award. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561320. and the small business size standard is $34,000,000 average annual revenue over the last three years. Details of the services needed are contained in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The draft SOW is provided only to aid responses to this Notice. Additional contract requirements may be added or changed based on additional market research, and the draft SOW is not a guarantee of a further Government solicitation or contract. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Notice. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. Responses to this Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Any information submitted by vendors to this Notice is strictly voluntary. Please submit responses by 12:30 PM (Pacific), Wednesday, July 10, 2024. CAPABILITY STATEMENT: DOE-AMP requests that interested vendors express their interest to this Notice by submitting a capability statement describing their ability to meet the needs described in the draft SOW. All responses should include the following information: Provide a summary of capability, knowledge, understanding, and experience working with the short-term entry-level tasks as described in the attached draft SOW.
