The Western Area Power Administration (Western), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), requires the services of a qualified contractor to perform all aspects of cleaning and disposing of bird excrement from a Series Capacitor Bank as set forth in this contract. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the services required by DSW for its Capacitor Bank located at Liberty Substation located at 20307 W. Dunlap Road, Buckeye, Arizona 85326. WAPA DSW is seeking to gauge interest from potential vendors prior to formalizing a Request for Quote (RFQ).
