The Seller shall provide tax equalization services for U.S. citizens, green card holders, or those with dual U.S. citizenship, currently or previously on work assignment at the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization (hereinafter referred to as “ITER”) in France. Specifically, the work scope includes assisting in the determination of quarterly estimated tax filing responsibilities and tax equalization calculations for authorized persons in accordance with the ITER Tax Reimbursement Agreement and other applicable policies.
