The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory supporting plasma reseach for the U.S. Department of Energy wishes to solicit proposals in response to RFP 23-019-R. The work involves upgrading and retrofitting one of our industrial boilers located at 100 Stellarator Road, James Forrestal Campus, U.S. Route 1 North, Plainboro, NJ. To provide equipment uniformity, the upgrade will include Autoflame controls and a Limpsfield burner. Boiler #5 will be fitted with a replacement burner, linkageless burner control system, ventless gas train, and fuel/oxygen trimming with an exhaust gas analyzer. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All work shall be performed in accordance with Statement of Work Titled: BOILER #5 AND CONTROLS UPGRADE, Rev 1 dated Oct 10, 2022. The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (an MNO contractor providing plasma research for the U.S. Department of Energy) is currently seeking qualified sources that can facilitate the upgrade of an existing industrial boiler. Boiler #5 will be fitted with a replacement burner, a linkless burner control system, a fuel/oxygen trimming with an exhaust gas analyser and a ventless gas train. All work shall be performed in accordance with SOW titled: "BOILER #5 AND CONTROLS UPGRADE dated 10 Oct 2022.
